What do I do if I break something at a customer’s house / premises?

These things happen, the most important thing is not to keep it a secret. If you do break something, then make sure it is properly cleared up. Immediately call into the office to inform us so that we can make the customer aware and we will arrange a replacement with them. When leaving a checklist, please also include the details on there (and say sorry) and let them know the office will be in touch.
