The customer isn’t at home, how do I get into their house / premises?

Check your schedule – in the staff notes you will have instructions about whether you should pick keys up from the office. If the customer has not given keys to the office then call into the office and let us know the customer isn’t home – we will contact them to investigate. We will ring back within 15 minutes to inform you whether you can leave. If this happens, we may rearrange your schedule and will communicate this with you.
