Leaving employment

  1. If you leave the Company you will be entitled to payment in lieu for any untaken leave accrued during the holiday year.
  2. Payment in lieu of any accrued holiday entitlement will be subject to Income Tax and National Insurance contributions. If you have taken more holidays than you were entitled to take, the equivalent pay will be deducted from your final salary and you agree to this deduction by signing your contract of employment.
  3. You may be required to take any untaken leave during your notice period. The Company will inform you of the number of days due to you up to the date of termination of employment and the dates when you are required to take that leave prior to the termination date.
  4. Accrued holiday pay on termination of employment is calculated according to the number of hours accrued up to the date of termination less any holiday hours already taken during that holiday year.
