Gleem Mobile App Guide – Cleaners

Download the Gleem mobile app onto your device. Look for the below icon so you know you’ve found the correct app. The app is free to download. The office will have set you up with a username and password, which will be emailed to the email address you provided in your contract of employment; the email will appear to come from Launch 27.


Once you have downloaded the app, you will need to login.using the username and password sent to your email address. If you do not have a login please call or email the office and a new one will be emailed to you immediately. .

Once you have logged in to the app, you will see the home screen as displayed below.

On the home screen you will see all the cleans that you are assigned to on that day. If you click the ‘view bookings’ button you will be taken to a calendar view which enables you to look at cleans further into the week by touching the correct day on the screen..

If you are looking at the cleans for the current day, you can click onto each clean which will open a menu of options, as shown below.

  • Show Details – this will display the type of clean, the duration of the clean, and all notes from staff and customer that you should familiarize yourself with.
  • Get Directions – this will open your phone’s map system.
  • On My Way – use this button when you have let your home on your way to your first clean, or are leaving one clean to attend the next; by pressing this bu􀆩on you are notifying the office of your whereabouts – this helps us to keep informed when receiving calls from customers.

When you arrive the clean you MUST check in. To do this, you click on the green CHECK IN button as shown below. Your pay is calculated by your checking in and out times, if you do not check in and out you will not be paid for the particular clean. Please check in.

Clicking the tab CHECKLIST will display the checklist for that particular booking


You should check off each individual item as you work through them. Once you have checked an item off you will be able to attach a photo of that particular item if you deem it necessary. To attach a photo, click on the camera icon – you will be taken through simple instructions to enable you to do so.

Once you reach the end of the clean, select the ‘Complete Job’ option which is located underneath the timer. This will open a prompt to confirm you have finished (to avoid accidental selection) so if you have, then select the ‘OK’ option as shown below.


To go to your next booking, select the orange VIEW YOUR BOOKINGS bution; this will take you back to the home screen, ready to tell us you are on your way to the next clean.

On your final clean of the day, complete the job and close the app.
