  • Will be first responder to any issues with specific cleans
  • Contact for discussing site checklists and app useage

Development Lead:

  • Contact for ongoing appraisals and performance management
  • Contact for 121 related queries and friend referrals
  • First responder to ongoing site issues

Customer service team:

  • Your first port of contact for any enquiry related to your schedules / supplies / equipment etc
  • Will carry out your audits and reviews as well as any appropriate performance management
